The firm develops and leases large, modern warehouses businesses can use for manufacturing, warehousing, storage, and distribution. Horizon Industrial Parks operates fulfillment centers for warehousing, industrial facilities for manufacturing, and in-city centers for last-mile delivery, serving sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, EVs, electronics, retail, pharma, and logistics. As of now, the firm has the largest Grade A industrial and warehouse property portfolios in India, which include 45 parks across 10 key markets, covering 2,200+ acres. Moreover, the firm is also planning to obtain another 100 acres in the Bengaluru region.
