For FY26, the consolidated EBITDA rose by 13.4% year-on-year to โน207,911 crore, propelled by substantial growth in the digital services and retail sectors, despite the energy sector facing challenges in a fluctuating global environment.
During the March quarter (Q4 FY26), RIL recorded gross revenue of โน325,290 crore, marking a 12.9% increase from the same period last year. Nonetheless, the quarterly PAT fell by 8.9% to โน20,589 crore, reflecting challenges in the energy sectors even as retail and other consumer-facing divisions showed stable performance.
RIL also declared a dividend of โน6 per share for the fiscal year 2026.
